The Captain and I made a trip out to Alexandria, Virginia over the weekend, where I had the chance to meet with another book club! The women of the Swan Haven Book Club read my book and invited me out for the group discussion. Once again, I was blown away by the hospitality and fantastic conversation about Regard for the Dead. They read the book with purpose and an eye for detail, even finding a couple of typographical errors. I couldn’t ask for better productive criticism and ideas for story development. Thank you ladies!
